How will my containers be packaged?
Empire Container will package your product as specified (Bulk, Totes, Re- shipper Cartons or Tray). Most often containers are packaged in bulk polylined cartons designed to maximize full 53' trailer payloads to minimize shipping cost.
Can you run my existing molds?
In most cases, Yes. We have a full range of available machines. Chances are your molds will fit one of our machines. If not we have the capability to adapt existing molds to our equipment.
What size of containers do you supply?
We can provide production for containers ranging in size of 2.5oz to 160oz.
What is the maximum cavitation you can run?
We can run up to eight cavities depending on container size.
What materials do you run?
We can provide containers molded from High Density Polyethylene, Low Density Polyethylene, Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), PETG, Barex and Polypropylene.
Can you design a container to my specific needs?
We provide a full range of services from concept to final product.
What are lead times?
That depends on our equipment loading at the time of purchase. Typically a customer can count on a three to four week turn around.
How much does a truck load of product weigh?
Depending on container weight 8,000 to 12,000 pounds per truckload.
